For extrajudicial resolution of any disputes with FINASSURANCE, you can refer to the Consumer Ombudsman or another Alternative Dispute Resolution body, legally registered in the Registry of the General Directorate for Consumer Protection and Market Supervision, according to Article 18 of the joint decision 70330 oik./30.6.2015 of the Ministers of Economy, Infrastructure, Shipping, and Tourism and Justice, Transparency, Human Rights (Government Gazette B' 1421).
